Referbell is not responsible for merchant actions toward their customers.

4. User Responsibilities

Users (referrers) agree to:

• Not engage in fraud, fake accounts or manipulation
• Follow merchant-specific rules
• Provide accurate payout details

Referbell may suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activity.

5. Reward Payments

Rewards depend on:

• The merchant’s program rules
• The validity of the referral
• Successful verification of the reward event

Payout methods may include:

• Interac e-Transfer
• Bank transfer
• PayPal
• Gift cards
• Store credit
• Other third-party payout providers

Referbell is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment systems or merchants.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must NOT:

• Use bots or fake accounts
• Exploit bugs or manipulate referral counts
• Share spam or misleading messages
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform

Violation may result in:

• Account suspension
• Reward cancellation
• Legal action

7. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Referbell is not liable for:

• Misuse of your account
• Any indirect or consequential damages

You use the platform at your own risk.
